Entry is easy...

Simply click the facebook button below and then make a post on the 4Chocoholics Facebook page with the following text "I LOVE www.Chocoholic.com".

Winners will be selected from all entries submitted by midnight December 24th, 2011 that meet the above requirements. Winners will be announced on our site on December 25th and we will send the winners a mail message via Facebook that they have been selected as winners. Winners must respond by midnight December 31st, 2011 with their Name, Address, email and Phone Number via Facebook mail message.

Winners will receive their Ghirardelli Chocolate Basket by January 15, 2012.

Contest is limited to residents of the continental United States, Alaska & Hawaii only. Winners must be 18 years of age or older and agree to use of their Name and likeness on the Chocoholic.com website. Winners not responding to the Facebook message by December 31, 2011 at midnight will forfeit their prize without recourse and upon entering the contest agree to this and all other rules.
