We are excited to announce our new Chocoholic.com Concierge Program for our most valued customers as an important part of the all new Chocoholic.com website launched on October 15, 2011!
This new program entitles you to personalized service whenever you need it and automatic discounts on your orders based on your cumulative order total. Our Chocoholic.com Care Team will ensure that all of your gift giving needs are supported by that personal touch which guarantees your most valued customers, employees or loved ones will get their special gifts of chocolate in time for those special occasions without requiring you to browse for that perfect gift yourself, unless of course you wish to make your own selections.
We will fulfill your uploaded gift list by the dates you specify for special occasions or the entire year and assign a personal shopper, choosing the perfect gifts for your recipients. You will be able to include a personal message for each recipient in your gift list or choose from one of the predefined messages for your customers, employees or loved ones with your name, contact information and company identity when appropriate.
The service includes special discounts for members as follows:
Platinum Members automatically qualify for a 15% discount* based on your cumulative order total* of $5,000 and above for the previous 13 months.
Gold Members automatically qualify for a 10% discount* based on your cumulative order total* of $1000 - $4999 for the previous 13 months.
Bronze Members automatically qualify for a 5% discount* based on your cumulative total* of $250 - $999 for the previous 13 months.
You can also qualify instantly by placing an order for your gift list that meets the above minimums, entitling you to an immediate discount based on the size of your order. As you continue to order gifts for your list throughout the year you will automatically receive the appropriate level discount based on your cumulative order total. We’ll track everything for you and deliver a quarterly report of your transactions and discount level achieved.
