We're in the home stretch, stopping off in Latin America before heading back to familiar kitchens and recipes. With autumn settling in and the days getting cooler, here's a good way to stay warm and reminisce those summer days.

Ingredients

Directions Combine all the ingredients in a heavy medium saucepan. Stir over low heat until the chocolate melts. Increase heat and bring just to a boil, stirring often. Remove from heat and whisk until frothy. Return to heat and bring just to boil once more. Again remove from heat and whisk until frothy. Repeat heating and whisking one last time. Discard the orange peels. (Can be prepared 2 hours ahead. Let stand at room temperature. Before serving, bring just to boil, remove from heat and whisk until frothy.) Pour hot chocolate into mugs, 2 servings.
