You don't normally think of Scandinavian countries when thinking of Chocolate recipes. But here's one that's not only easy to make but healthy and very tasty as well. Finnish Chocolate Pudding Suklaapuuro Ingredients 2 cups Milk 2 Tblsp sugar 1 Tblsp powdered cocoa 1/3 cup farina dash of salt Directions Bring the milk to a boil. Combine the cocoa and farina with the salt and sugar and stir into the milk. Continue cooking, stirring constantly, until thickened. Serves 4.
