The April 2008
Recipe of the Month
Silky-Smooth Chocolate Fondue
This chocolate fondue recipe is simple to create, but it tastes divine. Be sure to use fresh fruit and
good-quality chocolate, and stir carefully. And for best results, be sure to melt it all very slowly in a
double boiler. We thank Emerald Robinson of San Francisco for this submission.
