Q. What is the Chocoholic.com Affiliate Program and how does it work? A.The Chocoholic.com Affiliate Program is an online revenue partnership between Chocoholic.com and you. You generate revenue through commissions earned on all sales made through a Chocoholic.com link on your site. We provide banners and logos to place on your site, which link to Chocoholic.com. When a visitor from your site clicks through to Chocoholic.com, we track the customer's purchase and pay you a commission on every sale. The customer's order carries a special tracking code letting us know they clicked through a link on your site and made a purchase at Chocoholic.com. You'll earn 10% commissions on product purchases, and 5% commissions on every Chocolate of the Month customer shipment. Every month we tally your commissions and send you a check. If your commissions for the month total less than $20, we'll continue to accrue your commission payment until you reach $20 and send you a check at the end of that month's cycle. Q. Q. How do I track orders and know how much I should be paid? A. We do all the tracking for you. Once you've been approved and your site links have been properly established we will set up an Affiliate Login page for you. How much does it cost to join? A. It is absolutely FREE. There is no application fee or minimum sales requirement. A. Anyone with a Web site may participate. How do I create links to Chocoholic.com? A. It's easy! Once you've been accepted into our affiliate program, we'll send you an email with simple instructions for copying and pasting the special html tracking code into your site's source file. You don't have to be an HTML expert .. even beginners can create links in just seconds! Q. Can I add additional web sites (URLs) to my account without submitting a new application? A. Yes! As long as your additional sites are in accordance with our Affiliate Agreement, all you need to do is notify Chocoholic.com via email detailing the additional site name and site URL. Q. How does the commission work for the Chocolate of the Month club? A. You will receive 5% commission on each shipment of a Chocolate of the Month Club order for the length of the subscription period. When someone makes a Chocolate of the Month purchase they select a subscription length .. up to 12 months. You will receive commission on each shipment for that subscription. This is GREAT residual income! A. No, unfortunately, if we do not ship a Chocolate of the Month product we cannot pay commission. Sometimes customers will skip a month or delay their shipment for a few months, in these cases you will not receive a commission. (Note our customers often skip the mid-summer months, as extreme heat can make it almost impossible to ship chocolate without it melting. We do ship in those months, but we normally ship sauces or cookies that are less susceptible to melting and some customers prefer to wait till we resume sending boxed chocolates.) A.
